Thomas JamesHEATH(known as Tom) Passed peacefully away on Tuesday 21st June 2011, aged 72 years, in the company of his family at Stafford General Hospital. Tom will be deeply missed by his loving Wife Pat, Sons Robert and Gordon, Daughters-in-Law Carol and Lucy, Grandchildren Paul, Sarah, Connor and Aaron, and Great Granddaughter Lilly Mae. The Funeral Service will take place at Stafford Crematorium, on Tuesday 12th July, at 1.00 p.m. Flowers welcome, or donations if desired, to The Stroke Association.
